BOOKING CANCELLATION AND CHANGE OF DATES

In case of cancellation before the balance payment, the company doesn’t refund the 50% of advanced booking payments, also in case of cancellation requests sent up to 10 days before first rental day.
The company don’t refund the relative quote in case of partial cancellation of the rental order.
In case of total payment done at booking time, the company will refund 50% of total amount for cancellation requests received within 10 days before rental.
No refund in case of default by customers. No refund in case of cancellation, or return also partial, of goods before the rental days fixed at the time of reservation and/or agree by signature in the rental contract. No refund on return of goods before the time designed by reservation and/or agree by signature in the rental contract for partial use for reasons not attributable (bad weather, mechanical issues, etc) to the company.
Change of dates could be required by the customer via email up to 30 days before first rental day.

At time of booking payment, the customers must indicate all details of rental in order to allow the company to plan rentals and logistics calendars.In absence of complete information at time of reservation payment (height of cyclists in cm, address of delivery and collecting, mobile phone details, etc.) company will have faculty to consider customer in default and to cancel the rental service upon corporate cancellation policy.No booking payment refund in case of customer default.
The balance payment must be arranged by the customer as agreement done at the moment of booking reservation.
